Ingredients to Make Easy Gourmet Coffee Brigadeiro:

 1 can of cream (without whey)

 1 can of condensed milk

 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine

 50 grams of chopped semisweet chocolate

 150 milliliters of hot water

 1½ tablespoons of instant coffee or 1 packet of 50 g of coffee

How to Make Easy Gourmet Coffee Brigadeiro:

In a saucepan, place the cream, condensed milk and butter and stir to mix well and mix.

Tip: It is important to stir these ingredients before adding the rest because that way the brigadeiro is looser.

Dissolve soluble coffee in hot water and place in pan. Also add the chopped chocolate and bring to low heat over medium heat. Keep stirring for 20 minutes or until it comes off the pan.
